On July 10, 2018, the signing ceremony of Nanjing Huaman Information Technology Research Institute was held in District Government building in Yuhuatai District, Nanjing.  Shahnov Vadim, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Director of the Nano Engineering Academic Committee of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Zhao Yangwei, director of the International Cooperation Division, Jiangsu Science and Technology Department; Wu Le, Deputy Director of the Jiangsu Productivity Center; Zhou Wenhai, Deputy Director of Nanjing Science and Technology Commission of; and Li Shifeng, the District Mayor of Yuhua District all attended the signing ceremony.

With the support of the Jiangsu Science and Technology Department, Academician Shakhnov Vadim was invited to participate in the China Jiangsu Conference for International Technology Transfer and Commercialization by Jiangsu Center of International Technology Transfer (JITTC) for two times. JITTC also organized a delegation to Bowman University for project matchmakings. With the joint efforts of all the parties, the Nanjing Huaman Information Technology Research Institute was formally established. It was the first R&D institution established by the top academician team from Russia, and a successful case to localize international innovation platform and the high talents.

Nanjing Huaman Information Technology Research Institute centered around key technologies of electronic information and integrated development of innovation systems. The institute will prioritize the research and development of innovative technologies for industrial development, technology transfer and industrial incubation. There institute is a new type of R&D institution with diversified investment, market operation and modern management.

Bauman Moscow State Technical University is one of the most important partners of Jiangsu Center of International Technology Transfer to carry out cooperation with Russia. Our center will take this opportunity to further improve the technology transfer and commercialization, personnel training between Jiangsu enterprises and scientific research institutions with Bauman Moscow State Technical University; and to deepen the innovation cooperation between Jiangsu and Russia.
